Beverley Lucille (White) Tucker, 70, entered into rest on January 12th, 2008, after a long illness at Albany Medical Center. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, on October 2nd, 1937, daughter to Elizabeth and Isaiah White. She moved to Troy, New York in 1945 along with her sisters and brothers and was a longtime Capital region resident. She attended Troy High School and graduated from Hudson Valley Community College. She was employed with New York State for over 20 years.

She was married to Edward Tucker who predeceased her in April 1999.
She is survived by her children: Brian K. White, JoEllen L. White, Lance E. Tucker, and Robin K. Lee. Grandchildren: Jeshua L. White, David Burgess White, Jordan N. White, Jayda M. White, Omari S. Courtwright,
Karashawn Z. Melton and a host of nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her seven brothers and sisters.

Calling hours will be Friday from 4-7 pm at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155 south of Central Ave.). Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Repast will be at Mt. Moriah Ministries, 292 Rt. 9W Glenmont, NY, following calling hours.
