Blanche Lorraine Goodrich

Blanche Lorraine Goodrich, 102, of Schenectady, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2021.
She was born in Lynn, MA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Eva Rydant.
"Lorrie" was a long-time employee of Mohawk National Bank. She was a caring, giving person who always put others first and had many friends that she kept in touch with throughout her lifetime.
She cherished her roles as Mom, Grammy, Sister and Aunt.
In addition to her parents, Lorrie was pre-deceased by her husband Orville Goodrich and her 8 siblings.
Survivors include her daughter, Jayne Smith (William), grandsons Greg (Lindsey) of Newtown, CT and Kevin (Jori) of Guilford, CT, great- grandchildren Laken, London, Madelynn and Tanner.
A Mass will be held Tuesday, March 30th at 10 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 2777 Albany Street, Schenectady, NY. Interment will be private.
The family is eternally grateful to the Management and Staff at Kingsway Community for the special care given to Lorrie at both the Manor and the Nursing Center.
