Bonnie L. Arnold

Watervliet- Bonnie L. (Gagliardi) Arnold, 62, fell asleep on March 6, 2016 surrounded by family. The daughter of the late Peter and Millicent (Jones) Gagliardi, Bonnie was born October 2, 1953 in Troy, NY.

She is married to her husband of 37 years, Jacob L. Arnold. She is survived by her two daughters, Indiana Arnold, Saratoga Springs, and Amber (Robert) Lloyd, Saratoga Springs; her grandchildren, Almeda Arnold, Alexander and Olivia Lloyd. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters Peter (Carol) Gagliardi, Bluffton, SC, Patricia Barrett, Schenectady, Robert (Helen) Gagliardi, Gansvoort, Sarah Gagliardi, Watervliet, Timothy (Colleen) Gagliardi, Albany, Rose Gagliardi, Durham, NC, and Cecilia (Andre) Gagliardi, S. Glens Falls; sisters-in-law, Joann Anderson, Schoharie, and Virginia (Dennis) Cleveland, Preston Hollow; as well as aunts, uncles, many cousins, nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.

She worked at Northeastern Association of the Blind in Albany for 21 years. She was an active member of Living Hope Community Church and was a member of the American Council of the Blind. She bowled in the Capital District Blind Bowlers League, loved to garden, crochet, and loved to spend time with her family and friends.

A celebration of her life will be held at 7pm on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Living Hope Community Church, 458 Old Niskayuna Rd., Latham, NY 12110. Interment will take place at 10am on Thursday at St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
