Bonnie Lee Sysol

Bonnie Lee Sysol, 57, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at Samaritan Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Bonnie was born in Troy to Wilfred and Mildred St. Onge. She was employed by the Watervliet Arsenal as an accountant and later by LCS & Z as an accounting tech. She was an excellent cook who loved to bake and designed her own cakes. She also loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Bonnie is survived by her husband of over 28 years, Richard Sysol. She is the sister of Allan (Kathy) St. Onge, Wilfred (Brenda) St. Onge Jr. and Richie (Amy) St. Onge. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family would like to thank Dr. McDowell, Dr. Shaffer, and Dr. Spector for all their care and compassion given to her during this difficult time.
Funeral services will be held Saturday evening at 5 p.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 2 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
