Bonnie Trattles

Bonnie Trattles, 76, of Schenectady passed away surrounded by family on September 30, 2024.

Bonnie was a 1966 graduate from Mont Pleasant High School and then joined the work force where she worked with several different moving companies over the course of her career. In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping, gardening, and spending time with her family. After all the time she spent baking her famous Christmas cookies, she was more than likely in Apopka, Florida visiting friends.

Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Melissa (Michael Cerniglia) Wilcox and her son David (Jennifer) Marek. Survivors include her brother, Bud Palmer, her grandchildren: Tara Marek, Dylan Wilcox, Brandon Wilcox, Austin Marek, and Jacob Marek. She is also survived by her great grandchildren: Aria, Bennett, Marla, Max, Levi, Eliana, and Georgia.

Bonnie was predeceased by her parents Buel and Elizabeth Palmer. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her late husband, Michael Trattles. Also her siblings: Joyce Brusig, Richard Palmer, and Connie Kubes.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 7, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with a service to immediately follow at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Interment will be at St. Agnes Cemetery in Cohoes.
