Bradford F. Albright

Colonie- Bradford F. Albright, 56, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland, surrounded by his loving family and friends. Born in New Berlin he was the son of the late Frank and Bernice Albright. Brad worked for Blue Cross retiring after 25 years. He went on to do consulting work for Keane and General Electric. More recently Brad worked as a computer systems analyst for First Health Services Inc. in Albany. Brad enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping, and running. He enjoyed his trips to Las Vegas and was an avid sports fan. Brad was a fanatic when it came to the NY Giants. The most enjoyable thing in his life though was the time he spent with his family and friends. Brad was best known for his sense of humor and his compassionate and nurturing personality. He was always willing to go out of his way to help everyone any way he could. He is predeceased by his aunt Lillian and uncle Aldolph Kuhn and his mother-in-law Eloise Hodack.
Brad leaves behind his beloved wife of 27 years Bonnie Albright of Colonie; his three treasured children, David Stevenson II, Stephanie Lamkin and Kelly Albright all of the Albany area; and his three cherished grandchildren, Jacob and Jasmine Ruggiero and Ashley Oropallo. He is also survived by his stepmother Lena Albright, his brother Erik Albright, his sister Jodi Albright, his father-in-law Albert Hodack, Sr., his brother-in-laws Daniel Hodack, Albert Hodack, Jr., and Ed LaCorte, his sister-in-laws Cindy LaCorte, Kathy Hodack, and Jeannie Hodack, and many nieces, nephews and all of his highly thought of friends.
A service of prayer and reflection will be held on Wednesday at 7:00 PM at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Community Hospice of Albany, 445 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205, the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Rd., Loudonville, NY 12211 or to Our Lady of Mercy Life Center, 2 Mercycare Lane, Guilderland , NY 12084 in memory of Bradford F.
