VOORHEESVILLE – Bradford R. Schmidt, 81, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at The Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital. He was a resident of Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland.
Bradford was born on April 3, 1932 in Davenport, Iowa and was the son of the late Kurt B. and Sadie May (Hedler) Schmidt. He enjoyed classical music.
Bradford is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Evi Schmidt and his loving brother, Terry (Molly) Schmidt and family.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Chapel of Our Lady of Mercy Life Center. All are welcome.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mercy Life Center, 2 Mercy Care Lane, Guilderland, NY 12084 in memory of Bradford.
