Bridgette Rogers

Glenmont- Bridgette Rogers , 54, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017. Born and raised in Albany, NY, Bridgette was the daughter of the late Richard and Barbara Rogers.

Bridgette was active in her community, and enjoyed volunteering at the Albany Mission and with the Meals on Wheels program. Bridgette worked at the Delmar Dayhab Rehabilitation program. She was very compassionate with everyone she encountered, and will be missed dearly.

Bridgette is survived by her sister, Corinne Rogers, brother, "Dicky" Rogers, along with many loved friends.

A Calling hour will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY, on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. A funeral service will be held following the calling hour at 12:00pm, with the burial to follow at St.Agnes Cemetery, Menands.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Bridgette's name to the Lexington Center at: 465 North Perry Street, Johnstown, NY, 12095 or to the Capital City Rescue Mission at: 259 South Pearl Street, Albany, NY, 12202.
