Loudonville_C. David McEniry, 86, passed away on November 13, 2015 peacefully at home.
He was born on August 10, 1929 to the late Charles and Emma (Klopfer) McEniry in Albany. Dave worked as a Technician AT&T in Albany. Dave was a member of the Shaker Rd. Loudonville Fire Department, Model A Club and the Model T Club.
Charles is survived by his loving son, Michael McEniry (Timothy Garrity); and former wife and friend, Laurell McEniry; special friends, Mickey and Ray Lyons and Herbert Jones.
He was preceded in death by his son Timothy C. McEniry; his first wife, Norma E. McEniry and sister, Ann Domser.
Friends are invited to call on Monday, November 16, 2015 from 5-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, Colonie. A Memorial service will follow calling hours at 7pm on Monday. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie.
The family would like to offer their heartfelt gratitude for the compassion of the staff at The Community Hospice of Albany County, and his dear friend Heidi who cared for Dave during his illness and for making Dave's final wish to be at home possible.
