Albany- Callie Livingston, 92, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 22, 2024. Born in Mount Gilead, North Caroline he was the son of the late Roosevelt Standback and Nannie Livingston Motley. Callie is predeceased by his wife Hellen Keys Livingston and their daughter Jill Livingston.
Callie worked for Albany Felt during the day and then at night he would cut hair at Stancil Barber which he did for over 50 years.
Callie is survived by his son Jamie Romeleing (Erica Rodriguez). He is also survived by his two grandchildren Gianna and Lennox. He will also be missed by his nephews and nieces, Nathaniel Ingram Jr., Timmy Ingram (Susan), Sherry Ingram (Ural Davis Sr.) and Jan Pollard (Gary Sr.) as well as his great niece and nephews, Howard J. Ingram (Tammy), Gary Pollard Jr., nine great-great nieces and nephews and 13 great-great-great nieces and nephews.
A calling hour will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 from 11am-1230pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205.
