Calvin L. Fiske, 76, of Chatham, passed away suddenly on December 17, 2021 at St. Peter's Hospital.
He was born on October 18, 1945 in Chatham NY to Calvin Sr. and Katherine Fiske.
Calvin proudly served in the Navy on the USS Independance Navy Ship. He was an Iron Worker with Local 12 for 35 years. He loved golf and worked and played at the Olde Kinderhook Golf course for 10 years. Calvin liked watching Nascar and enjoyed a good cigar.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his sister Corrine Thompson and stepfather Howard VanHoesen.
Calvin is survived by the love of his life and loving wife of 25 years Yvonne (Eve) Fiske, sons Darryn Fiske (Susan), Mark Fiske (Deborah), stepchildren Ronnie Lucaroni (Missy) and Renee Lucaroni, grandchildren Emma, Alicia and Gavin Fiske, Ryan, Heather and Dante Lucaroni, Giovanni Rosado, great grandchildren Logan Lucaroni and Amiyah Tucker, sisters Agnus Cox (Ross), Colleen Zelno (Ralph), nephews Ralph, Ross and Phillip, nieces Cassie, Katy (Chris), Amy, great great niece Ivy Mata and his canine Tucker.
Cal's love and sense of humor will be sorely missed by everyone who loved and respected him.
The family would like to thank the nurses at St. Peter's Hospital ICU for taking very good care of Cal and his family.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
