Duanesburg - Caprice "Star" Howard, 65, passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018. Caprice was the daughter of the late Walter Howard, Sr., Gertrude Howard and Bernice Howard.
Star was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She loved life, especially, dancing, music and picnics with friends and family.
Star is survived by her brothers, Niall, Walter, Jr. and Alaric; her sister, Brenda; close nieces, Samati, Ionada and nephew, Ciaus; as well as many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Along with her parents, Star was predeceased by Barbara Howard.
The family would like to express their special gratitude to the members of ARC for the years of love and care for Star.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 1:30 pm. Interment will follow the service at Memory Gardens, 983 Watervliet Shaker Rd., Albany.
