Carmela Pallone

ALBANY – Carmela J. Pallone, 93, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2006 at Community Hospice at Albany Memorial Hospital. Born in Amsterdam, NY she was the daughter of the late John and Josephine Lauriello. Mrs. Pallone was an Albany resident for most of her life. Carmela was the beloved wife of the late James C. Pallone. She is the devoted mother of John A. Pallone and his wife, Sally of Colonie. She is the cherished grandmother of Anthony Pallone, Joseph (Lisa) Pallone and Diane (Adam) Smith.
Funeral services will be Wednesday morning at 9:45 at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155 – south of Central Ave.) then to Blessed Sacrament Church at 10:30 a.m. where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Calling hours will precede the service on Wednesday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Rensselaer, 295 Valley View Boulevard, Rensselaer, NY 12144 in memory of Carmela J. Pallone.
