Carmen was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and was raised in Jamaica, Queens. She started working for the post office in 1988 until she retired in 2012. She loved Judge Judy and spending time with her grandkids and she loved to dance. She will be greatly missed and we are heart broken in ascending to the grace and mercy of our Lord, but we rejoice that she is no longer in pain. She will live on in our hearts and our memories from her family and her great grandchildren, we are because of you and we will honor your memory.
