Carol Ann Endres

COLONIE – Carol Ann Endres, 68, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2006 at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital.
Carol Ann was born on June 25, 1938 in Albany and was the daughter of late Alfred and Florence Dolan Farrell. She was a graduate of St. Joseph's Academy.
Carol Ann was crowned Miss Albany in 1956, which gave her the opportunity to go on to the state finals of the "Miss America Contest". Carol Ann owned a modeling agency before becoming a homemaker.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Lynn Endres (Paul) Boivin of Colonie; her sister, Florence Daniszewski of Palm Bay, FL; her brother, Frederick K. (Sandra) Farrell of Guilderland. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph R. Endres.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 9 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle Church, Schenectady. Calling hours will be held at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home 343 New Karner Road, Colonie (Rt. 155 – south of Central Ave.) on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. Entombment Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association 7 Washington Square, Albany, NY 12205 or to the National Kidney Foundation 99 Troy Road, Suite 200, East Greenbush, NY 12061 in memory of Carol Ann Endres.
