Carol M. Dermody, originally from Great Barrington, MA, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 8, 2022. Wife to Donald R. Dermody, together for 26 years. She loved the Lord and was a strong, faith-filled believer.
She graduated from Monument Mountain High School, and later went on to study at Morse Business School. For the last 18 years, it gave Carol great joy to homeschool her son, Austin, where they enjoyed learning and spending time together. She will be greatly missed by her two puppies.
Carol was the daughter to the late Frank W. Pothul. She is survived by her son Austin D. Dermody, and her mother Norma T. Pothul, and several cousins whom she loved throughout her life.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Victory Christian Church, located at 1312 Central Avenue, Albany NY 12205.
