Guilderland- Carol Pepe, 66, passed away in her home on Thursday, January 1, 2015.
Carol was born on July 10, 1948, in Glens Falls, NY to the late Nunzio and Helen Pepe. After graduating from St. Mary's Academy, she relocated to Guilderland, NY.
Carol happily retired from Niagara Mohawk with over thirty years of service as a Human Resources representative.
A lifelong Elvis Presley fan, Carol spent her retirement enjoying time with her beloved German Shepherd, "Nikki", and her extensive collection of Elvis memorabilia.
She is survived by her loving sister, Roseann Smith, her nephews; Erik (Kate Gaffney) Smith, Jason Smith, brother-in-law, John Smith, great niece, Jordyn, great nephews; Sean, and Aidan, and a host of friends and family.
Visitation will be held at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY, on Tuesday, January 6, 2015, from 5:00pm-8:00pm. A mass of Christian burial will be held at Christ the King Church, 20 Sumter Ave, Albany, NY, at 10:00am on Wednesday, January 7, 2015.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to "The Guiding Eyes for the Blind - Capital" 2917 Halsey Drive, Schenectady, NY 12304
