Troy- Carolyn R. Cardany, 92, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. Born in Troy she was the daughter of the late Charles and Sophia Cardany.
Carolyn worked for Boyd Printing before retiring to take care of her “grandchildren”. Faith and family were most important to Carolyn.
Carolyn is the last of her family. She is predeceased by her parents and siblings; Kel, Jim, John, Mary, Joe “Gerard” and Chucky.
She is survived by her nephews and niece, John Cardany (Anne), Jim Cardany (Julia), Joe Cardany, and Debbie Kirker (Steve). She was the grandmother to Ryan Cardany and Sara Cardany and great grandmother to Rowen Cardany. She will also be missed many-many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024 at 9:30am at St. Joseph’s Church, 416 3rd St, Troy, NY 12180
