Carolyn Maureen Price-Valenti

Albany- Carolyn Maureen Price-Valenti, 59, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late William and Maureen Price. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Wally Valenti. She was also the loving mother to Alexa Santina Valenti, Brandon Alexander Valenti and her oldest step-son Wally Valenti Jr. (Mary) and his children Daniel, Dylan and Emma Valenti.

Carolyn was a graduate of Hudson Valley with an associates in social work and then went to Buffalo State where she received her bachelors. She then received her master's in social work from Fordham University.

Carolyn is also survived by her siblings, Daniel Price and Susan Gomes (Emmanuel). She will also be missed by her nieces and nephews; Zachary, Jesse, Jaimie, Jill, Mark, Aliyah and Madison. Her mother-in-law; Ana Hilda Valenti, brother-in-law; Ruben Valenti. Carolyn is also survived by extended family all over the capital district.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 4pm-6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet NY 12189. A funeral ceremony at the funeral home will be held on Wednesday at 10:30am with burial following at St. Agnes Cemetery.
