Beautiful Baby Boys Carson James Hazen and Jaxson Joseph Hazen passed away peacefully with their parents by their side on Sunday, November 26, 2017.
They are remembered by their loving parents of Niskayuna, Michael and Janelle (Bashaw) Hazen; grandparents, Russell and Patricia Hazen, Bruce Bashaw, and William and Michele Davis.
A time to share condolences will be on held Friday, December 1, 2017 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205.
