Albany- Casey Lee Parker, 31, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022. Casey was the son of Ricky and Lisa Parker.
Casey worked at WWARC for seven years. He thoroughly loved his work family and enjoyed his job.
Casey enjoyed spending time with his entire family. He had a fond love of all things country. Casey enjoyed going to car shows and monster truck shows, as well as many demolition derbies. He had an immense love for all things paranormal and Halloween, from ghost hunting, to Gettysburg, to horror movies. Casey enjoyed dressing up as Michael Myers every year and happily terrorizing the neighborhood. In addition, Casey thoroughly loved everything Christmas, with Christmas music playing all year round and setting up his Christmas tree as soon as he could. Casey was very social and loved his interactions with everyone he met. He always made a new friend anywhere he went. Casey cherished the time he spent with his beloved niece and nephew. Most of all, Casey found true love and happiness with his girlfriend, Lyndsay Haynor. They made many beautiful memories together.
Casey truly left a beautiful mark on the hearts of all those in his life, from family, to friends, and will be deeply missed. He had a contagious smile that would light up a room.
In addition to his parents and girlfriend, Casey is survived by his sisters, Kyla Marsh and Cory Parker; nephew, Parker Marsh; niece, Iris Marsh; brother in law, Keith Marsh; grandparents, Stanley and Carol Loson; aunts and uncles, Melissa Loson and Patrick Gaylord, Andrea and Mark Rea, and Audrey Snyder; cousins, Justin and Joshua Rea; and many other family and friends.
Casey is predeceased by his grandparents, Pearl and Elmon Parker (Wilber); uncle, Edward Parker; and aunts, Bonnie Delp and Sandra Brown.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, New York on Thursday November 10, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Friday November 11, 2022 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow the service at Albany Rural Cemetery, 3 Cemetery Ave, Albany, NY 12204.
