Cassandra L. Messina

Schenectady- Cassandra L. Messina passed away on November 27, 2016 with family by her side. Cassandra is the daughter of Katherine A. Cook and Harry Messina. She is predeceased by her maternal grandmother, Frances Wilken.
She is also survived by her fiancé Jeffery Cooper as well as her children, Michael J. DeBerardinis, Alexander J. Messina and Juliana Messina. In addition to her children Cassandra is survived by her siblings, Ursula Mackey, Alexandria Cook and Johnathan Cook, her nieces, Isabella, Aurora, Katharina and Kiyarra. Cassandra also leaves behind her only grandchild Anthony M. DeBerardinis.
A calling hour will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 12:00pm-1:00pm at New Comer Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm. Interment will follow the service at Park View Cemetery in Schenectady.
