Catherine A. Pratt

COLONIE – Catherine A. Pratt, 78, passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2012, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's. Born in Ausable Forks, NY, she was the daughter of the late William and Florence Willis. Mrs. Pratt has lived in Colonie since 1952. She worked as an accountant for many years. Catherine enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with her family.

Catherine is the beloved wife of nearly sixty years to Daniel J. Pratt, Sr. She is the devoted mother of Jeanne (Gordon) Cramer, Daniel J. (Maureen) Pratt and the late Stephen Pratt. Also surviving are many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 12:00 noon at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will precede the service from 10:00 a.m. at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Northeastern NY, 4 Pine West Plaza, Suite 405, Albany, NY 12205 in memory of Catherine A. Pratt.
