Catherine F. Williams
March 12, 1928 — December 4, 2014
Albany- Catherine F. Williams, passed away Thursday, December 4th 2014 surrounded by her loving family. Catherine was the beloved wife of the late Harrison S. Williams, married 55 years.
Catherine is survived by her children; Gary S. Williams, Katherine I. Newberry (David J. Newberry 2004), Thomas J. Williams, and the late James H. Williams.
Catherine is also survived by 12 grandchildren and was a special Nana to Michelle (Brian Kovelman), Jaclyn (Michael Newberry- Lynch), Kourtney Newberry, the late Adam Newberry, also great grandmother to 26, at last count including Gabrielle, Hannah and Joshua Kovelman.
With her great smile and rosy cheeks, Kay, as she was fondly known by all those who loved her, in her early years worked for the South Colonie School District.
For the last 20 years she was a beloved employee of Mild Wally's where she became famously known for her hand rolled meatballs. Kay was a true fighter until the end and those left behind will miss her greatly. Kay had many friends over her lifetime but her dearest friends were her children whom she loved with all her heart.

A graveside service will be held at Memory Gardens on Monday, December 8th 2014 at 10:00am.
