Cecelia A. Samelski

Cecelia A. Samelski, 96, passed away peacefully, with her family by her side on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation. Cecelia was an active member of St. Adalbert's Church and with the Alter Rosary Society. Cecelia was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Adam Samelski; one sister and five brothers.
Cecelia is survived by her children; Cecelia (Helen Sigler) Samelski, Adam (Rose) Samelski and Barbara Neal; her grandchildren Catherine, Richard, Jonathan, Nathaniel and Bramdon; several great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Casimer Zalucki.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie then to St. Adalbert's Church, Schenectady where A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrate at 11:00. A calling hour will precede the service from 9 to 10 at the funeral home. Interment will follow the Mass at St. Adalbert's Cemetery.
