Cecile A. Camire

October 23, 1928 — December 6, 2021

Cecile A. Camire, 93, of Albany NY, (formerly of Palm Harbor, FL) passed away on December 6, 2021 at Teresian House.

She was born in Berlin, NH on October 23, 1928 to the late Joseph and Edna Larrivee.

Our mother enjoyed many things, including time spent with family and friends. Special thanks to Jeanne Kilcher, Leo Dunn and Moxie Gray, dear friends who over many years shared their time and love.

Mom was an avid golfer who enjoyed many outings with her close friends, called the Golden Girls by our father. Mom loved to travel. She took many trips with her good friend Peggy and family. Among the places she visited were France, Italy, Israel, Turkey, England, the Netherlands and Scotland to mention a few. In Scotland she visited the old course at St. Andrews and was photographed on the 18th green. In her 80's on a trip to the Grand Canyon she took a scenic plane ride over the canyon. She was always ready for an adventure! An avid reader, she would often stay up all night to finish a good book.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Lionel.

Cecile is survived by her children, Richard Camire, Suzanne Kilcher (John), Lise Camire - Burke (David), grandchildren Jaime Camire, Ryan Robinson, Stephanie Plant, great granddaughter Leah Plant, her brothers Joseph Bussiere (Doreen), Kenneth Bussiere (Mary).

Services will be private. Cecile will be interred with her husband at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.

Our heartfelt thanks to the staff and nurses on 6b at the Teresian House for the loving care they provided our Mom during her illness.
