Born Dec. 1, 1929 in Albany, NY she was the daughter of the late Romeo and Orient Proulx.
Cecile was predeceased by her husband Walter, daughter Michele Klouse, grandson Dallas Klouse and brother Ronald Proulx.
Cecile is survived by her son David(Marie) and daughter Diane(Ernest) Gallegos and son-in-law Thomas Klouse,
Also, grandchildren Brooke(Andrew) Brennan, Shawn (Brad) Rokosz, Rebecca (David) Bellard, Adam Johnson, Kyle (Cassandra) Johnson and Great-grandchildren Elia, Colin Bellard, Finn, Lochlan, Ronan Brennan and Caden, Tyler, Dylan Johnson
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the diabetes foundation. Burial service will be private.
