VOORHEESVILLE- Charles Brown, age 49, died at home on November 10, 2022.
He was born in Wisconsin and raised in the hockey rink and as a Packer fan.
Charlie graduated Cum Laude from RPI and then furthered his education there, receiving an MBA. He earned the right to use the Chartered Analyst designation and was the Director of Portfolio Strategies at Graypoint LLC.
He was a longtime member of Colonie Golf & Country Club, Schenectady Curling Club, St. Andrew's Society of Albany and the Past Chairman of the Grand National Curling Club.
His interests were the Green Bay Packers, his Scottish Heritage, golf and his family.
Charlie is survived by his wife of 18 years, Kathy Brown; his sons: Andy and Teddy and his parents, Alan and Barbara Brown.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours on Monday November 14, 2022 from 4 to 7 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. All are invited to attend his funeral services on Tuesday November 15, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Charlie's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
