Charles Langdon Lebrecht Jr, 51, of Schenectady passed away February 14, 2017. Working in the automotive business for decades, Chuck touched thousands of lives. When not working, Chuck could be found playing his guitar; his love of music was lifelong. His passion for music was undeniable, bringing joy to all who were lucky enough to hear him play. Lucile, his guitar since childhood, was never far from reach. From playing in clubs to playing in the back yard, Chuck and Lucile would always bring a smile to everyone around.
Chuck was well known in the Albany and Schenectady area, having owned and operated businesses over the past 20 years.
Chuck is predeceased by Helen May Lebrecht and Charles Langdon Lebrecht Sr.
Chuck was a loving father of three children, Charles Langdon Lebrecht III, Kaitlyn Price, and Brandy Lebrecht, all living in Schenectady. Chuck was a proud grandfather of Zaiden Fields.
Chuck is also survived by his two loving sisters, Holley (Joseph) Sharer from Schenectady and Kimberley (John) Simmons of Glenville, as well as his Aunts Kathy Owen of Georgia and Lou Rosenberg of Rensselaer, and many Cousins. As Chuck had no brothers, his cousins Sidney Murray of Albany and Kenny Rosenburg of Georgia were as close to being brothers as anyone could be.
