Charlotte M. Hubert

Colonie- Charlotte M. Hubert entered Eternal Life on Thursday, June 23, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Dorothy Zamiela. Charlotte is predeceased by her husband George Hubert.
Charlotte was a dedicated member and served many years as President for the Colonie Seniors.
In addition to her husband and parents, Charlotte is also predeceased by her eight siblings.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made out to the St. Clare's food pantry.
A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 10:00-11:00am at St. Clare's Church, 1947 Central Ave, Albany, New York 12205. A Mass of Christian burial will follow the calling hour starting at 11:00am. Interment will be held at St. Agnes Cemetery.
