Town of East Berne- Christina Anne Baker, 74, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Margaret and Joseph Welsh Sr. Christina is predeceased by her husband Michael D. Baker Sr.
Christina was a proud member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the East Berne Fire Department. Christina was a social worker with Albany County where she retired from. She enjoyed fishing, sitting by the lake and spending time with her family.
Christina is survived by her children Joseph Welsh Jr. (Diane), Michael D. Baker Jr. (Dori) and Lisa Baker. She was the loving grandma to Abigail Welsh, Steven Whinnery and Michael D. Baker III.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
