Christine M. Ward, 45, of East Nassau, passed away suddenly on July 16, 2024 at home.
She was born in Albany on July 19, 1978 to Thomas and Dorothy (Falzone) Hammond.
Chrissy was a giver, she was extremely generous. She was everyone's rock and problem solver. Chrissy enjoyed camping and gardening, and traveling. She loved traveling with Loren to places such as Virginia and Myrtle Beach.
In addition to her parents, Chrissy is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Loren, son Justice, brothers Thomas (Latosha), Jeffrey, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and her beloved dogs Signora and Duke.
A Celebration of life will be held on Sunday July 21st at 1pm at 492 Coldwater Tavern, East Nassau NY
