Christopher Joseph Folk, 41, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 at Ellis Hospital after a brief illness.
Chris was the youngest son of Charles Folk Sr and Mildred (Potts) Folk.
Chris was a jack of all trades, always willing to help others, and he had a huge heart. He enjoyed fishing, camping, listening to music, he loved to laugh and had an amazing sense of humor. His smile was infectious. He was an avid New York Yankees fan, and a New York Jets fan. Chris had the ability to excel at everything he put his mind to, especially cracking jokes at everyone else's expense.
Chris is survived by his daughter Riley Andrea Mossa-Folk, and the mother of his daughter, Adina Mossa. He is the brother of Charles J. (Donna) Folk Jr., Doreen (Kevin) Addington, and Danielle Folk. Chris is also survived by his girlfriend, Nina P. Mango and her daughter, Giana Cagnina. He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews; Kyle (Stephanie) Folk, Thomas (Jessica) Folk, Kayla (Trevor) Addington, Jesse (Lexi) Addington, and his great-nephew, Remington Folk. Chris was cherished by many close family members and friends, near and far.
A celebration of Chris will be announced at a later date.
There will be an Education Fund created for Riley's College education and will be posted at a later date.
