Schenectady- Christopher Joseph Milgo, 71, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Ellis Hospital.
Chrisie was born in Albany on July 13, 1946 to Christopher and Agnes Milgo. He was raised in Albany and graduated from Colonie High School. Chrisie served his country honorably in the United States Army during Vietnam.
Chrisie worked as a property maintenance manager until he retired.
He is predeceased by his mother, Agnes, and his brother-in-law, Edwin Barbagallo.
Chrisie is survived by his father, Christopher William Milgo, his companion, Karen Blodgett, his wife, Ginny Milgo, his sons, Chris Milgo, Travis Milgo, and Matthew (Jennifer)D'Ambrosio, his grandchildren, his sister, Anne Marie (Edwin) Barbagallo, and Laurie (Donald) Bauer, his nephews, especially Michael and Edwin Barbagallo, and his companion's children, Michael, Nina, and Jason (Michele). He also leaves behind his two furry friends, Mona and Chrisie.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed playing with trains on the computer, and running his model trains. His passion in life was his music. He loved playing the drums and the guitar with his band and his friends.
The family would like to thank Chris and Kim of Ellis Hospital ICU for their help and kindness at the end.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner road, Albany, NY 12205, on Friday, October 27, 2017 from 10:00am-12:00pm with a service to immediately follow. Burial will be held at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
