Clarence Hart
July 7, 1919 — April 28, 2012
NISKAYUNA – Clarence (C.K.) Hart, 92, of Niskayuna, passed away peacefully on Saturday April 28, 2012 at St. Peter's Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
He was born in White Plains, NY and was the son of the late Robert M. and Caroline Hart. C.K. served in the US Army during WWII. He was a former resident of Quarry Heights in White Plains. C.K. enjoyed a successful career in printing and carpentry before retiring to Niskayuna in 1992.
He is the beloved husband of 55 years to Carol McFadden Hart. He is the devoted father of Donna (David) Amiraian, William Hart and Warren (Eden) Hart. C.K. is the brother of Doris Nielsen, Roger Hart and the late Robert and Hobart Hart and Jessie Marthe. He is the cherished grandfather of Dana, Marissa and Merimon.
The family would like to offer their sincere thanks and appreciation to the kind staff at St. Peters Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for their wonderful care and compassion.
Funeral services will be Wednesday morning at 9:30 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in White Plains Rural Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to Niskayuna Reformed Church, 3041 Troy-Schenectady Rd. Niskayuna, NY 12309 in memory of Clarence (C.K.) Hart.
