Clarice Janice Nykorchuck, 69, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2014 at Ellis Hospital with her family by her side.
She was born December 28, 1944, in Albany, NY, to the late Thomas and Grace Noonan.
She was united in marriage in 1968 to William R. Nykorchuck. Clarice graduated from Mercy High in 1962.
She was an avid reader, and she loved being with her family and friends, and spending time with her granddaughters. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William R. and her sister Mary Denice.
Clarice is survived by her beloved children, William T. Nykorchuck, Denice (Dante) Boffi and Christopher Nykorchuck. She is the cherished grandmother of Alessandra and Mia Boffi. She is also survived by her brother Thomas (Patricia) Noonan and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 9:30am at Historic St. Mary's Church on Capitol Hill, 10 Lodge St. Albany, NY
Calling hours will be on Monday, March 31, 2014 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie.
Interment will follow the Mass in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.
