Cole Thomas Smith

COLONIE- Cole Thomas Smith entered into eternal life on March 19, 2008. Cole was born at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City on March 18, 2008. He is the cherished son of Thomas and Tracy Lanza Smith Jr. of Colonie. Cole will always be a special guardian angel to his big sister, Peri Nikole Smith. He is the beloved grandson of Thomas and O'Rhea Smith of Lake Alfred, FL, Susan Lanza of Colonie and John Lanza (Bernadette Trzaskos) of Colonie. He is the dear nephew of Jennifer Lanza, John Lanza (Kerstin King) and Kellie Russo (Christopher). Cole is also survived by many cousins, relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 at St. Clare's Church in Colonie. Interment will follow in Memorys Garden. Memorial contributions may be made to the Polycystic Kidney Disease ( PKD) Foundation, 9221 Ward Parkway Suite 400, Kansas City, MO 64116-3367 in memory of Cole Thomas Smith.
