ALBANY – Colonel S. Bowen, 92, passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2012. He is the husband of Bertha Bowen and father of Estella Murdock, Estonnia Renata Glickman-Taylor, Jonathan Bowen and the late Esther Rachel (Aubrey) Wallace. Colonel is the grandfather of Jermaine Wallace, Rasha (Eric) Bulson, Rachel, Joseph and Rain Glickman all of Albany, Shawn Royal of Nevada and Zachary Bowen of North Carolina and great-grandfather of Oronzo and Esther Mae Bulson. He is the brother of Manuel Bowen and Ina Webb, both of Ohio and Ella Williams of Illinois. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and friends. He loved you all.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park, Colonie.
