Constance W. Gibb

Albany- Constance W. Gibb, 85, was greeted and taken to heaven on Friday, September 16, 2022 by her loving husband, our father Robert W. Gibb on what would have been their 64th wedding anniversary. A true testament to how deep their love was for one another. They taught by example to us children and all who knew them what love should look and feel like. Our parents both born and raised in Cambridge Massachusetts, with their hearts forever in Pownal, Vermont "up on the mountain".

Constance is survived by her children, Robert W. (Mary Kay) Gibb III, John J. (Laura) Gibb, and Lisa Flint, who were all gratefully by her side when she passed. She was grandmother to Grace Flint, Michael Flint, Robert C. Gibb, Haley Flint, Justin Gibb, Kaylee Gibb, and John Flint who all adored her. Significant as well are Bryce Willson and great-granddaughter Luna Flint. Priscilla Tully, James and Janet Donovan, sadly grieve the loss of their sister as well. Constance was the daughter to Rhoda and James Donovan. In addition, she is survived by her nieces and nephews Arthur, Penny, James, Lynn, Michele, James, and Lea along with endless amounts of friends and family.

We are humbled and grateful to have lived our lives with the examples of love and strength provided to us by our hardworking parents. They will forever be missed.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Constance's name to The Community Hospice, who beautifully guided both Connie and Bob at the end of their journey here.
