Constance Pearl Gugliuzza

Johnstown- Constance Pearl Gugliuzza, 16, passed away Saturday, April 17, 2021 with her loving family by her side. Constance was the daughter of Gary and Laurel Gugliuzza and sibling to Melissa (Eugene) Fitzpatrick, Breanna Cuttle, Anna (Jake) Benninger, Sarah Gugliuzza, Andrew Gugliuzza and many nieces and nephews.
Constance enjoyed spending time with her entire family and enjoyed listening to music. She loved the Lagan School Lighthouse Program where she made many friends.
Constance is also survived by her birth parents, Ladonna and Felipe Sanchez; grandmother, Judy Woodard; and brother, Ty Willett.
The family would like to express their thanks to Saint Margaret's Center, Dr. Joanne Porter and the Journey Program, and the Community Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital.
