WATERVLIET_Constance Richards, 83, passed away after a long illness on March 2, 2016 at home surrounded by her family.
She was born on March 18, 1932 daughter of the late Clifton and Anna (Hackett) Horton in Troy, NY
Connie was a devoted mother and grandmother, she spent her life taking care of her children and home. She will be dearly missed.
Constance is survived by her children, Barbara (Mike) Plante of Colorado, Deborah (Robert) Cozzy of Waterford, Susan Dolan of Grafton and their father Donald Richards of Grafton. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Michael Plante, Douglas (Amy) Haskins, Christina Curran, Robert (Kalyn) Cozzy, Brandon Dolan, Amanda Richards, Jason Richards, Rachael Richards and Michael Richards; several great-grandchildren; her brother, Robert Horton and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was predeceased by her son, Donald Richards, Jr. of Taborton Mt. and her brothers and sisters.
A private graveside ceremony for Connie will be held at Elmwood Hill Cemetery.
