Cora Lee Mullins

Cora Lee Mullins, 79, was called home to the Lord on December 3, 2017.

Born in Eufaula, Alabama on February 28, 1938 to the late Walter Richardson, Sr. and Mary Lou Richardson.

Cora moved to Columbus, GA, where she met and married the late Ulas Mullins and later moved to Albany, NY, where she met her loving partner, John Wright of 30 years.

Cora was employed with the Albany City Schools District as a Bus Monitor until she retired.

Cora is survived by her children, Albert (Gussie) Richardson of Phoenix City, AL, Mary Gause, Larry Richardson, Rafine Mullins, all of Albany, NY; a special granddaughter/daughter, Natesha (Tyshon) Harris of Albany, NY; one sister, Ruth Jones of Davenport, FL; one brother, Joe (Christine) Richardson of Eufaula, AL; one brother-in-law, Collie Roshell, Sr. of Leesburg, FL; a very loving, caring special niece, Patricia Fillmore; 14 loving grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and many loving relatives and friends.

Cora was predeceased by her son, Mark Mullins; her five brothers and five sisters.

Visitations will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 9:00 to 10:00 am. A Celebration of Life will be held at the funeral home from 10:00 to 12:00 pm. Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Memorial Park, Schenectady.
