SCHENECTADY- Cynthia D. Dunster, age 66, passed away on January 15, 2022.
She was born in Schenectady, the daughter of the late Richard and Nellie Bates. She was predeceased by her brother, Richard Bates, Jr.
Cindi worked at the Schenectady Moose Lodge #251 for 27 years as the Club Manager and Bartender.
She is survived by her husband Nelson Dunster, Jr; two sons: Nelson R. (Angela) Dunster and Michael P. Dunster (Sherri Kruman); three grandsons: Jordan Dunster, William Woods and Logan Dunster; siblings: Deborah Jacobs, Shelly (Dave) Dunster, Thomas Bates, and Pauline (Robert) Wade. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial calling hours on Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 12 to 3 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Masks are required inside of the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Cindi's memory may be made to the Albany Medical Center Stroke Ward, 43 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208.
