Troy- Cynthia R. Fogarty, 52, passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, July 1, 2023, joining her parents, Oscar and Mertie Pratt in their eternal home.
Cynthia is predeceased by her siblings, Stanley Joslyn, Bernice Joslyn and Michael Joslyn. Cynthia is survived by her two daughters Jamie L. Pratt and Marissa M. (Pratt) Warriax and her grandchildren Breyson T. Alheim, Leyton M. Alheim, Marcos H. Warriax and Makiya M. Warriax; her stepparents George Sr and Judith Blanchard, and siblings; Harold Joslyn, Kenneth Blanchard, George Blanchard Jr, Lawrence Blanchard, Malcolm Blanchard, Marshall Blanchard, Barbara McCulloch (Blanchard), Lawrence Pratt, Deborah DeMarco, Cheryl Charland, and several nieces and nephews.
After graduating Highschool, Cynthia went on to pursue cosmetology. She had a great love for making others feel their best. She enjoyed being with close friends that became family, music, singing and doing ceramics. Cynthia left many friends and family saddened by her loss but comforted by the memories of special times they shared together. To say she will be missed is an understatement.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
