Daisy passed away peacefully in the arms of her mother and father on August 12th.
Daisy was born on June 28th 2023, weighing 5 lbs. 10 oz. At her birth, she experienced a type of brain injury called HIE and spent the duration of her life in the Albany Medical Center NICU. The exceptional staff of NICU doctors, nurses, specialists, and therapists not only provided her with incredible medical care, but also an environment filled with kindness, compassion, and love.
Daisy is the daughter of Amber and Dean Pasquerella (Latham, NY), sister of Bryce Pasquerella, and granddaughter of Scott and Tracy Pion (North Stonington, CT), Yvette Johnson (Ashaway, RI), and Joseph and Cynthia Pasquerella (Guilderland, NY).
During her short but beautiful life, Daisy was able to spend time with family, including her aunts, uncles, cousins, and great grandparents. She is loved by many, and left a significant impact on everyone that met her. She brought light to our lives and will continue to burn brightly in our hearts.
Visitation will take place on Monday, August 21, 2023 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm with a service to begin at 6:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie NY 12205.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Albany Medical NICU, by visiting donations, or Hope for HIE, (PO Box 250472, West Bloomfield Township, Michigan 48325, or by visiting Hope for HIE donations.
