Dana Lynn Killbary

Albany- Dana "Dane" Lynn Killbary, 54, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2019 with his loving family by his side. Dana was the son of Pauline Fahd and the late Willis "Frank" Killbary.
Dana worked as a chef at SUNY Albany, Everydays Bar & Grill, Blessings Bar & Grill and Union College in Schenectady. Dana enjoyed cooking, fishing, gardening and playing his guitar. Dana was also known for playing tricks on others - to be continued!
Dana is survived by his siblings, Sharon Thomas, Linda Sue Bolia, Mark David Killbary, Terri Mahar; several nieces and nephews; and many loving relatives and friends.
Dana is predeceased by his step father, Joseph Fahd; his brother, Roger Killbary; his nephew, David Joseph Killbary; and his niece, Tamekia Killbary.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, on Monday, December 30, 2019 from 3:00 to 5:00pm . Interment to be at a later date determined by the family.
Donations may be made in Dana's memory to the Culinary Institute - Attention: Brad Whitmore, 1946 Campus Dr, Hyde Park, NY 12538.
