Albany - Dana C. Moore Jr., 59, was called back to Creator on March 28th, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. Dana was born on September 19th, 1958 in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
He was a mechanic for over 40 years and owner of "No Small Detail" in Rensselaer for 12 years. He had a strong passion for woodworking and was a remarkable craftsman. Dana also enjoyed going to Native American Powwows and connecting with his native heritage.
Dana is survived by his life partner, Cathy, his sons Dana (Katherine), Tim (Jen) and their mother Lilly, his daughter, Samantha (Adam), cousin Bert and his beloved fur-babies, Josie and Bear, and Grand-fur-babies, Hallie and Mack; along with extended family and many friends.
A private celebration of life gathering will be held by the family.
