Danel T. White passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Capstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Danel was born on the Naval Base in San Diego California ,October 29, 1943; to the late Theron and Margery White.
He was once very active and enjoyed golfing, bowling, boating, fishing, camping, and going on long walks with his dog, Hans.
One of his favorite places to spend time was at Caroga Lake, NY. Cherishing every opportunity given having quality time with his family and friends.
Growing up his nick name was "Sunshine" for his personally was upbeat and friendly to all. He had a "Gift of Gab", that made "Sales" a life long fulfilling career. He was a sports enthusiast. You name it, he watched or played it. His children will have fond memories of stories he told when watching his favorite John Wayne Movies, of his days growing up on the ranch riding horses with his younger sister.
Danel spent over 30 year years with his beloved Life Partner and Best Friend, Linda Tourtellot. They had a deeply special bond.
Danel is survived by his son, Christopher D. White, his daughter Theresa Marie White Jeffers, his sister Kathleen Quinby, his two grandchildren, Camren J. Jeffers and Mikaela A. Jeffers, and nephew Aaron Quinby.
Funeral services will be private
In lieu of flowers, the family request to make blood donations to the American Red Cross.
