Daniel R. Juliano

Daniel Juliano, 70, passed in peace on Thursday, April 20 while surrounded by the love of his family and wife of 18 years, Grace Ryan-Juliano.
Dan was a proud father of his two boys, Jeffrey (Lisa), and Jason (Alexandria Lee), and even more adoring of his two grandsons, Jordan and Brady. The ballpark was his second home, cheering on the sidelines of many Colonie Little League games. This season, there will be an angel in their outfield. His favorite pastime was spending time at Yankee Stadium with all four of his boys.
Born in Amsterdam, NY on December 16, 1946, Dan was the oldest of two siblings—James (Constance) Juliano and Barbara ( John) Rupar. Dan graduated from Wilbur Lynch High School in 1965 and soon after entered the Navy, where he served from 1966 until his honorable discharge in 1969. He then began working in many capacities within both New York State and the Federal Government, until his retirement just last year from Computer Science Corporation.
Dan was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Marietta (Zurlo) Juliano. He will also be missed by his companion and mother of his children, Sandra Juliano.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Community Hospice of Rensselaer County, 295 Valley View Boulevard, Rensselaer, NY, 12144 in Dan's name.
Dan's family invites all to join them for calling hours on Monday, April 24 from 4-7pm at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, NY, 12189 . A funeral service will be on Tuesday, April 25 at 10:00am at the funeral home.
Interment will follow the service at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
