GUILDERLAND- Danielle Elizabeth Garcelon, age 26 of Guilderland, NY passed away suddenly at her residence on April 2, 2023.
She was born on July 25,1996 in Albany, NY, the loving daughter of Lisa and Tony Garcelon and sister of Anthony and Michael.
Danielle was a graduate of Guilderland High School (class of 2014) and went on to graduate from Capital Region BOCES as a LPN. Danielle loved being a nurse (most of the time), she had a kind heart and a great soul, although she was not always sure of her career choice she was fantastic at it, and was just recently told by her boss that this is what she was made to do.
She lived a short life, but has packed a lot in. She loved her family and most of all one of her favorite things to do was to fight with her brothers! Danielle has two dogs Dunkin and Bella. Dunkin was the love of her life. When Danielle was younger she loved to cheer, she was a natural born performer. She enjoyed every cheerleading competition she went to, which was even more special because her best friend Skye was with her. She has always been competitive, the competition never stopped even with her brothers at the gym, where she would swear she was in better shape than them!
Danielle is survived by her loving parents, Lisa and Tony; her siblings: Anthony and Michael; her grandfather, Robert Garcelon; many aunts and uncles, as well as many first, second and third cousins.
She is predeceased by her grandmother, Joan Garcelon, grandparents: Camille and John Pelletier; uncles: John Pelletier, Robert Pelletier; aunt, Jeannine Pelletier; cousin, Nicholas Berna Combes; great aunt Betsy Pelletier and great uncle Roger Pelletier.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours on Thursday April 6, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205, with her funeral service being held at 3 p.m.
